The 109-year-old structure, once a defining feature of the district, has been thoughtfully rehabilitated to serve as a vibrant neighborhood retail hub while honoring the architectural character that has long defined Old Cloverdale. Old Cloverdale Village is anchored by celebrated tenant Big Bad Breakfast — the beloved Southern concept from James Beard Foundation Award-winning chef John Currence, which opened in April 2026.
